Eva Sommer is a food biotechnologist and entrepreneur. As CEO and founder of Fermify, an Austrian startup founded in 2021, she develops a digital twin-controlled production system for for milk proteins through microbial fermentation. She has also co-founded the cultured meat company Peace of Meat and served as chief product officer.
