Eve Samyuktha is the founder and CEO of 7030 Food Science and Technology, a company that makes plant and fungi based functional foods, headquartered in Shanghai, China. She also founded Plant Based Consulting China, a social enterprise that has helped build the profiles of domestic and international alternative protein companies and also the brains behind MEATFEST, a festival dedicated for plant based meat suppliers in China.She has over a decade of experience in chemical engineering and is a graduate from Imperial College London. At 7030 she is also the driver of tech and innovation for fungi based protein development where she leverages her background in process design for mass production.
