Nicole Rocque works as a Senior Innovation Specialist at the Good Food Institute India (GFI India). Her work is focused on building an enabling ecosystem for the smart protein sector in India. She works closely with entrepreneurs, investors, corporate professionals, students and researchers, to support capacity building and market access for the development of smart protein products. She brings experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and technology commercialization to promote the growth of the sector in India.
