As a medical doctor, Niklas has experienced the shortcomings of the medical system in Germany first hand. This led him to focus on the enormous potential of preventing disease in the first place with healthy nutrition and ultiately to the foundation of PAN International - Physicians Association for Nutrition. Since PAN’s actions are based on the One Health concept, the organization contributes to the discussions and development around alternative protein as a potential solution towards more personal, public and planetary health.
