Consumer Behavior Professor at University of Vechta
Nick has a Ph.D. in economics and is doing behavioral research at the intersection between management, sustainability, and behavioral psychology. Since 2015, he has been full professor of Business and Ethics at the University of Vechta, Germany. Under the motto “radical innovations for sustainable development”, Nick is leading an interdisciplinary working group for social-psychological research on cultured meat. He is specialized in experimental studies and regularly publishes in international top journals (e.g., Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Cleaner Production). In addition, Nick is engaged in science communication on cultured meat and has promoted public knowledge about this innovation through more than 100 media contributions and public talks.
