Dana leads the delivery of Phase 2 of FAIRR's Protein Diversification engagement. Her work focuses on engaging large food manufacturers and retailers to diversify their protein portfolios in line with climate and nutrition goals, building upon her previous experience leveraging this theme from a public policy angle.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Dana worked within UK Government as part of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) on animal health and welfare policy in England. Her academic training is in the sciences, holding a first-class degree in Chemistry (MChem) and a research MPhil on cell-cultivated leather.
